SMB Sites
Your privacy.
When you get in touch, we use your details to answer your enquiry and discuss your website.
What you share with us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address and a short description of what you need. Your mobile number and current website address are optional. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How we use your details
We use your enquiry to contact you, understand your requirements and prepare for any website work you choose to order. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, start payment or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
The services behind the form
Cloudflare processes requests to this website and checks form submissions for spam using Turnstile. Resend delivers enquiry emails to our inbox. These services process the details needed to operate the form, including technical information such as your IP address. Their infrastructure may process information outside Australia.
You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for more about their services.
Optional analytics and advertising
You can accept or reject optional tracking, or choose analytics and advertising separately. Optional tracking stays off until you choose it. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. We remember your choice on this browser for up to six months.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, contact-link clicks and use of the enquiry form. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand how people use the site. We use strict text masking in Clarity and mask the enquiry form.
If you allow advertising, Meta Pixel measures page visits and successful enquiries to help us understand and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. These providers may receive technical information including your IP address, browser, device, page address and cookie identifiers. Their infrastructure may process information outside Australia.
We do not include the names, email addresses, business details or messages entered into our form in analytics or advertising event data. Please do not put personal information in website links or campaign labels.
Read how Google uses information from sites using its services, Microsoft’s privacy statement and Meta’s privacy policy. Withdrawing your choice stops future optional tracking on this browser; it does not remove information already received by these providers. You can also manage cookies through your browser.
Your enquiry and your choices
Your enquiry is kept in our business correspondence so we can respond and follow up on any work you request. If you would like to access, correct or request deletion of the details you sent, email hello@smbsites.com.au. You can also contact us there with a privacy question or complaint.
